POP download problems

I can connect to the Runbox servers via POP, but my client stops downloading messages at a certain point. What's wrong?

There might be a message in your account that contains invalid characters, causing the Runbox POP server to fail when attempting to transfer the message to your client. Either deleting or moving the problematic message via Webmail will allow the rest of the messages to be downloaded.

You can try moving the oldest messages from the download folder to a temporary folder and see if downloading starts working again. If it does, you can move some of the old messages back into the folder you're downloading from, and try again. Repeat this procedure until you've singled out the message that can't be downloaded.
